Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NewDun, you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application and must uninstall it immediately.

Description of Service

NewDun provides automated squat repetition counting using motion sensor detection, workout timers, streak tracking, and personal fitness motivation features. The application operates offline on your device for personal, non-commercial fitness assistance.

License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use NewDun on your personal mobile devices.

The service and its original content, features, mascot characters, graphics, sound effects, and detection algorithms are owned by Brivionix Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Our assets may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Prohibited User Conduct

You agree to use NewDun only for lawful personal purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of NewDun
• Distributing modified, hacked, or unauthorized copies of the application
• Using the service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the application

Disclaimer of Warranties

NewDun is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we continuously refine our sensor detection algorithms, we do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or 100% error-free
• Motion counting will be absolute under all phone orientations or movement styles
• The results obtained from using the application will meet your specific physical expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brivionix Studio and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation, bodily injury, muscle strain, or loss of local data) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by completely uninstalling the application from all your devices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the application at any time without liability.
